Daily care and maintenance is a breeze! To care for your tile, simply sweep, wet mop, dry mop, and vacuum it as needed. Incorporate some preventative maintenance as well by investing in entryway mats and placing them around your home. Additionally, consider placing furniture on floor protectors and take great care when moving it across your flooring.
Dealing with spills
When a spill occurs, simply wipe it away with a clean, dry cloth. Make sure your tile is dry afterwards, as ceramic and porcelain tile can be extremely slippery when wet! If you need to use any cleaning products, make sure they are manufacturer-approved and are compatible with grout. Never use a product that contains acids, vinegar, chlorine, or ammonia, as these chemicals can damage or discolor grout or the surface of the tile itself.
